Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent across various departments. This role involves identifying the needs of the organization, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring the best candidates are selected to meet the hospital’s goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications to ensure a match for the role and company culture.
  • Manage job postings, applications, and candidate databases.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners.
  • Participate in the development of onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects.
